Requirements:
As a Sales Inspector, you’ll be at the forefront of understanding Bite Away Termite & Pest Control’s protection services. By performing thorough inspections, including attics and crawl spaces, you’ll not only solve problems but also build trusted relationships with customers.
Here’s what we’re looking for:
- At least 1 year of termite and pest control industry sales experience
- Mandatory SPCB Branch 3 license
- Experience with in-home sales
- Valid driver’s license with a good DMV record
- Professional manner and appearance
Attributes Needed for Success:

- Willing to learn and apply a sales process
- Able to relate to different personality styles
- Proactive in asking for the sale and closing business

- Willingness to enter crawl spaces, attics, and other areas for effective treatment
Schedule:
Full-time position, Monday through Friday, with some Saturdays required

Job Highlights:
- Innovative Pest Solutions: Repair, replace, and treat termite and fungi-infested wood on diverse residential and commercial properties, contributing to cutting-edge pest control practices.
- Customer Interaction: Drive a company vehicle to clients’ locations, confirming scheduled services, and responding promptly to client requests.
- Maintain positive communication with homeowners, homebuyers, agents, inspectors, and others.
- Document Excellence: Complete required documents and forms efficiently, ensuring meticulous record-keeping for each daily route.
Qualifications:
- Craftsmanship: Experience in wood repairs and carpentry (3-5 years), showcasing your skills in restoring and treating damaged wood structures.
- Customer-Centric: Previous experience in customer service or related fields, emphasizing your commitment to delivering exceptional service.
- Adaptability: Demonstrate the ability to work in various environments, from crawling under houses to working in attics, and standing for extended periods.
- Safety First: Maintain a safe driving record from the DMV, ensuring the well-being of yourself and others on the road.
Physical Requirements:
Showcase your physical prowess, including the ability to stoop, kneel, crawl, climb ladders, lift up to 50 pounds, and navigate various surfaces with ease.
