• ● At least 1 year of termite and pest control industry sales experience
• ● Mandatory SPCB Branch 3 license
• ● Experience with in-home sales
• ● Valid driver's license with a good DMV record
• ● Professional manner and appearance
• ● Ability to generate your own leads

• ● Customer-focused, coachable, and trainable
• ● Comfortable with technology (CRM, software, etc.)
• ● Results-oriented, goal-driven, and confident
• ● Willing to learn and apply a sales process
• ● Proactive in asking for the sale and closing business
• ● Able to lift 35-40 lbs regularly, climb, and work from a ladder
• ● Willingness to enter crawl spaces, attics, and other areas for effective treatment

Full-time, Monday through Friday, with some Saturdays required.

• ● Repair, replace, and treat termite and fungi-infested wood on residential and commercial properties.
• ● Drive a company vehicle to clients' locations and respond promptly to client requests.
• ● Maintain positive communication with homeowners, homebuyers, agents, and inspectors.
• ● Complete required documents and forms efficiently with meticulous record-keeping.

• ● 3–5 years of experience in wood repairs and carpentry
• ● Previous experience in customer service or related fields
• ● Ability to work in various environments — crawl spaces, attics, and standing for extended periods
• ● Safe driving record from the DMV

Ability to stoop, kneel, crawl, climb ladders, lift up to 50 pounds, and navigate various surfaces with ease.
